Data Deletion Request
Follow the steps below to delete your account and all your data:
⚡ Self-Service (Instant)
You can delete your account directly from your dashboard. The process is instant and requires email verification.
Go to Account Settings →Or, if you prefer, you can request deletion via email:
2 Identity Verification
For your security, we will verify your identity. A confirmation link may be sent to your registered email address.
3 Processing Time
Your request will be processed within 30 days. You will be notified by email once the process is complete.
Deletion is irreversible. Hash records of sealed receipts may be retained anonymously to preserve verification integrity. Encrypted content will be permanently deleted from our servers.
Data Export Request
To obtain a copy of all your data:

You can export all your data instantly from your dashboard. A JSON file will be generated and a download link provided.
Go to Account Settings →Or, if you prefer, you can request an export via email:
2 Delivery
Your data will be prepared in a machine-readable format (JSON) within 30 days and delivered via a secure link.
What Does It Cover?
- Your account information (email, profile)
- Bags you created and their contents
- Sealed receipts and timestamps
- Activity logs
- Payment history (via Stripe)
